WARNING: ALL SALES FINALS. Script Hat’s return policy seems to be bogus. It says returns accepted for 90 days from the delivery date, free return shipping, no restocking fees, return for any reason. I initiated a return three weeks ago, and I’ve heard nothing back yet. I’ve sent two email follow up attempts to try to get in touch with the store, and I’ve received no response. I understand I’m still within the 90 day window, but I’m losing hope that I’ll hear back. No reply for three weeks is terrible customer service. Would not recommend.

I like the hat,.but it was a lack of communication online about tracking my order/it took about 2 weeks for it to come.
This hat is CHEAPLY CHEAPLY MADE, not worth the price at all. My husbamd is very upset about this hat, He was really looking forward to wearing!
